About the event
We are going to take it to another level!!! We will work on lower body muscles and our core, good posture, control, feet exercises and balance, weight transfer and spotting. Everything you need to be able to turn and spin properly while dancing.
A class designed for all of you who want to learn and understand the difference between spinning and turning as well as getting the proper knowledge and drills on how to do your spins and turns while social dancing.
